Hervé and Julien, our two sommeliers, will dispense their expert advices in order to guide your choices among 600 references of wines (Grand Crus of Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Provence, Rhône Valley, World wines) and 200 spirits and liqueurs (Whisky, Rum, Cognac, Armagnac...).

Hervé :

Hervé started his career in the wine industry in London fifteen years ago in several well known establishments - Hyatt Carlton Tower Hotel and the restaurants Petrus and Gordon Ramsay. After a further seven years in Paris working in a wine cellar specialised in Grand Crus and rare vintages, he took over the well known wine shop in Cannes previously known as Cave Sunshine and transformed it into 1862 Wines & Spirits. Passionate about wines and spirits from all around the world, Hervé shares his enthusiasm and knowledge to bring you the best of the 1862 Wines & Spirits cellar.



Julien :

From the Meurice Hotel in Paris with the 3 star Chef Yannick Alléno to the Cap Eden Roc Hotel in Cap d’Antibes, passing by Gordon Ramsay in London and the Cheval Blanc in Courchevel, Julien has significant experience. Passionate about wine, Julien joins 1862 Wines & Spirits bringing with him knowledge of the luxury market and dynamism.
